About Our Chocolates

Chocolate is a magical substance, symbolizing richness and luxury - at times it has even been used as currency. We at the Mendocino Chocolate Company understand the love of chocolate.

On our quiet little seaside town, we have the time to concentrate on the art of confectioneering. All of out chocolates are hand made, hand dipped and hand packed - and this special care shows.

 
TRUFFLES
Truffles are the ultimate chocolate delight, a heavenly gift for a special person. A delight to behold, our truffles have rich flavored cream centers encased in a thick outer coating of chocolate or nuts. We've developed a special selection of favorites, all hand made and hand decorated with loving care, designed to melt in your mouth as the perfect truffle should.
COLLECTIONS
 To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we have created several new confection collections: Caramel, Caramel Nut, Mint, Pacific Sunset and Dipped Fudge.  We also created an espresso collection entitled 6 Angels Espresso Collection in honor of our six daughters.
